Contest Brief

A logo for ‘Canolfan Gerdd William Mathias’, an established music centre offering opportunities in music education for children and adults of all ages. We offer one-to-one music lessons and additional opportunities such as workshops, master classes, concerts and Festivals.
Please include an ICON and all the words ‘Canolfan Gerdd William Mathias’ in your logo design, or if you can do something really creative using only the words without an icon, please feel free.

The logo must be accompanied by a FAVICON design AS WELL.

This logo will be used on our website as well as in merchandise, so that means the logo must be SCALABLE.

We require the winner to give us the logo in: Adobe Illustrator format (ai), EPS format, and in Photoshop format. The favicon should be in ICO and PNG formats with several sizes. These formats are a must.

Please also, do check the link given above as that redirects to our website. We're looking for an unique design that suits the website.

The logo must be 100% unique of your own drawing (no templates, cliparts, imported art, etc) made mainly with Adobe Illustrator (and not imported from somewhere else) otherwise if conditions are not met, we will just refuse it. We're looking for simplistic designs (less is more) and not over the top designs.

Also, we are hoping for something very creative rather than piano, guitar, music note as icons.
