Design a Logo for a Yacht Charter Company

Contest Brief
We require a simplistic modern classic logo design for "Crystal Blue Yacht Charters"
Attached is a photograph of the style of power yacht used for the business, it is not a sailing yacht with sail.
The stylized/abstract initials CB within a rope circle with the title alongside or underneath the icon would be a good start.
We require all entries to be presented in front view on a white background to be rated, do not present entries in perspective view.
The winner must provide a Illustrator CS5 working file format + fonts within the final files set.
