Design a new Logo for our Real Estate Investment Company

Contest Brief

Hello Designers, We are looking for a brand new LOGO for our recently established Real Estate Investment Company.
The name of the Company is "3Hinvest" but we also considering to use "threeHinvest" or "3Hinvestment" or maybe only "3H". As you can see the only part that needs to be is "3H" and somehow the word invest or investment - this will allow you to be creative. We are looking for a clean design that is professional and suits an investment company and asset holder.
No preferred colors.
