Contest Brief

Robert Griffin Home Services is a premier luxury real estate brokerage start up (not open yet). We concentrate on using emerging technology, including drone footage, 3D home tours, and the latest in real estate tech to make the home buying and selling process easier for our clients. Our main focus is on international clients buying in California and local Residents of California.

We need a logo, business cards 2.12x3.37, and a header for stationary everything must match.

We are looking for clean, simple modern designs!

All of the designs must be high class and 100% ORIGINAL. Any image that can be found by doing an image search on google or by typing in "real estate logo" will be rejected.

IF YOUR LOGO COMES UP WHEN WE DO AN "RG LOGO" IMAGE SEARCH IT WILL BE REJECTED OR NOT RATED!

The fonts must be ORIGINAL OR FREE LICENSES

Please only submit original work! If we feel that the design has potential we will message you with changes to make!

***REQUIREMENTS***
** Looking for a modern style logo, nothing that looks like it is from the 60s-90s**
Shape; Can be square or circle or without
● Colors Blues, Blacks, Reds, Purples (custom versions would be best) Stay away from yellow!
● Icon; Needs to have either icon or initial that can be used for favicon or plugin symbol
● Final files needs to be provided in vector format for logo and either ai or PSD for the others.
● Fonts used need to be original or free license (for commercial use)
● Need to provided 2 color combinations
● ALL WORK MUST BE ORIGINAL!!

The most important thing is the logo! Everything else can be built around the logo. Please dont use any old logos, or stolen logos it has to be original!

this font is not exactly "premium" and I think the logo not is adjusted of the brief but ... tastes are tastes. Increasingly frequent contest holders to order one thing and reward something completely different... Fine, congratulations anyway to the winner, was a hard contest
