Contest Brief

I am going to purchase two banners for our community group. These banners will need a design of some sort. We have some logos (attached) which will give the designer an idea of our branding.
We are a residents community group with a focus on advocacy. We are located in Southbank, Victoria, Australia.
We are after a two banners, probably with the same background design. We would like a different short message to go over the background graphics.
Not sure what that text will be yet, but for your example you can use:
'JOIN US! - Have your say in the future of Southbank'.
You might consider a design that incorporates our city skyline (Google Southbank, Melbourne and look at images), you might take parts of our logo and incorporate that. It is not necessary that our logo is on the banner, but if you think it will look professional and effective then feel free to use the logo too. I don't want their to be any photo images for a background. Ideally it will all be graphical.
These are just some ideas for your consideration, but you are free to make your own suggestions.
The design will be modern and clean.
The banners are 2000 x 850mm in size. I have uploaded a pic of what the banner looks like. The design will have to be upright.
Feel free to ask any questions.
I can provide the logos in different file formats if required.
