We need to a 3D rendering of a house on a 3 acre lot with river and mountain views. We have a piece of land for sale which has a mountain and river view. The purpose of this 3D rendering will be to illustrate what kind of home they can create on this piece of land and what the views would look like. They need to be able to see visually how a home on this piece of land may look.

I've attached a view from the actual property (piece of land).

Final image should include a beautiful mediterranean style home from an angle similar to the above 3D example rendering (open to other suggestions as well as long as it includes the house and the background view) with a mountain and river background view that is similar to the attached actual property view in a high quality, realistic 3D rendering. Outside of the home should be a garage with driveway and also a small garden somewhere on the left. Image file should be provided in multiple file formats and in a few different sizes. Should be large enough to display in 30in wide screen retina display without loss in quality. File sizes should be one with max resolution/size and second with size of 3000px (web friendly, minified) and others for advertisement and for background/header images of the following social media outlets: facebook, instagram, pinterest, google plus, and twitter.

NOTE: Please be sure to include a garage in the view of the main house. Also, if you can effectively include the following additional elements it would be much appreciated, this is in order of priority: 1. A second detached garage for a boat/RV (as shown here: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/02/45/fe/0245fe4d454e2f61105bc0d6263026cd.jpg ) 2. Small garden with stone walking patch to main house 3. Small Creek a bit further away from the house with a bridge going over it (perhaps connecting in someway to the stone path from the garden) 4. Swimming Pool. NOTE: The higher up the view the more that can be included, but not such a high angle that hampers the view. So, a good balance of this would be ideal.

  You can use any model, certainly something that is somewhat big that represents american country luxury style. i think the one shown on the link (see post) does a good job of representing the style, it is quite big, so you could take the size down a bit but overall its what we'd like to see.

Hello. I have been working on your project and the house itself is pretty advanced, however i´m having trouble understending your request. just to make it clear to me: you´d preffer me to create a realistic 3D terrain with this characteristics and place the house there. I can do that. Would only need a couple of days as it´s a lot of work to make it look real. I have experience doing that. Only if you could send me the google earth exact location file i could really have a realistic and in fact the actual terrain elevation. It would really make more accurate and would also clear mi mind as it´s hard to "imagine" the place :) Do you think you can do that? Thank you. I´ll keep working meantime.

  The land is elevated but flat (it will be leveled so a house can be built on it. In it's surrounding will be trees, bushes/shrubs, perhaps a few fruit trees, and a nice green lawn around the house. Hope that gives some perspective. Let me know if you have any other questions.

For the sqft, the house should show a roughly 4200 sqft house. Please keep in mind that the rendering should only be of the exterior. The most important part is the external of the house and the views. Remember, this is a piece of land which has very nice views, so this is to show potential buyers what their house could look like and how the views will look. The views are very important. A bonus would be to have a separate rendering of the view from the back deck (wooden deck) looking out into the view. (The view is shown in the attached image file.)

I did not seal the project, if you prefer, you can send me a link to download the file and then I will download the file and notify you and you can remove that file from the link for download. I did not consider the price of the seal when posting the project, so I am unable to spend the additional $30.00 to seal the project.
