I need a travel/aviation themed cafe design

Contest Brief

We have a space consisting of ground floor and mezzanine floor that we would like to convert into a Cafe (Tea/Coffee with light snacks).

The project is planned to be done in two phases:
Phase 1: only Ground floor operation
Phase 2: Mezzanine floor operation to start

The design in Phase 1 must consider the appropriate access to the Mezzanine floor (staircase)

The area marked in solid blue is our travel agency with its own access
the mezzanine of both shops is available for Cafe operations.

We would like designs submitted for a Travel / Aviation Themed interior that can be implemented with minimalistic budget.

I have added The travel agency Logo as requested
I have added a photo of the outside of the two shops showing the travel agency to the left and the proposed cafe to the right
I have added three photos of the interior of the travel agency

Thanks for the info, but my sketch represents my design concept of the space. If you accept my design ability, we could proceed with a more accurate drawing with much more accurate measurements of both floor from you..... Especially the staircase which is very high and should be treated with care in this case. Ronald A.

  currently the steps at the end to the left is the one that takes you to mezzanine. this one is not practical for customer use. its ok for staff. in the past the mezzanine was used as a storage.

  the other stair access that you see from mezzanine and its says no access was a spiral staircase connecting ground floor to mezannine floor. the spiral staricase has been removed but the access is still available if required.
