Contest Brief

I am looking for someone to design a logo for a corporate wellness company. We are transitioning fully in to corporate wellness from individual and group fitness. the previous brand was Elite Fitness Consulting. The new company name is Elite Wellness Solutions. There are some elements of the old logo that we would like to keep. Primarily the wings. It doesn't have to be the exact same thing but something related to it would be nice. I have attached our existing logo and another one that I like. The tag line is Healthier, Happier More Productive. I have also include some logos of some of the top corporate wellness companies in the US as a reference. The logo will be used for web, printing, screen printing and embroidery.
