Contest Brief

REFRESH AND UPDATE EXISTING FORMS
I would like to redesign some forms to make them clearer to follow. The forms need to have a consistent look and feel.

These forms will be both printed and sent via email...

I NEED...
1. A simple, clean design that is clearly set out.. with a consistent look and feel across all forms.
2. Remove the existing price lists in the 'all forms' file and replace with just the one price list, which is attached also '... SEPT16.xlsx'
3. Improvement of the drawn diagrams to make them look sharp and they need to be resized to suit the page design best
4. Both Logos to be displayed - RV Warehouse & Great Products
5. Require a digital version to attach and/ or addin to my website

FYI
- I have attached our sales brochure 'final 2' ... so you can get an idea of what the product is. You will notice that this brochure ties in with the price list.
** please note - nothing needs to be done with the 'final 2' file**

- The forms relate to order information that is required so products can be manufactured

  I think the header and footer are way to large and can be simplified back so they are not as prominent. The layout and clarity of the content between them is more important and should be spread out as required

Hi there... I have just uploaded the current price list spreadsheet that will replace the pricelist found in the 'all forms' file. This will hopefully make it clearer and easier for you to put the form together

The redesign has to do with the 'all forms' file only. Particularly the price lists within that file. The 'Final2' does not need any work.. this has been provided simply to give you a better idea what the forms relate to.
