Contest Brief

I need an interactive map designed for a land lease community I own. I am attaching a copy of a "paper" map I use - but I need to have this map designed and have it be interactive. Meaning I want to be able to changes colors of the lots, change names, lot numbers, add rental amounts into each lot location. I also want this to be formatted so that It can be printed off onto an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper.

  Because it's must be vector, are you need for finally edit any vector editor like as Adobe Illustrator etc
