I need some Graphic Design for a beer label.

Contest Brief

I am working on a beer label. This beer will be primarily for restaurants so the label needs to shout quality. I have attached a few files to give you some ideas....

Current_design.PNG -> This is that we have at the moment. I like the beer name and the hand drawn boat on the front, but the label is too dark and doesn't seem like a quality product.

Possible_colours.jpg -> This is an old Irish pound note which has colours closer to what I think will work.

hand_drawn.png -> This beer label has the hand drawn feel that I want.

currach.jpg -> This is the type of boat that is drawn on the front of the label. There are plenty more images available online. A lot of people seem to be having prolems getting the shape of a currach right. I'll upload a few more images.

Quality.png -> This label says quality to me.

Format.PNG -> This is a friend's label. I would like to use this format.

  We will use 5 colours. Take a look at the brief to see the colours that I think might work. Gold might be interesting to give the premium feel?
