GOAL: Can you make this final page convert better? We need more people to signup!

Ideas:
1) Arrange website in a better format
2) Add "Possible Alerts" for Edwin Diaz
3) Add animation as the visitor scrolls down
4) Add icons
5) Add more interesting pictures, maybe a jumbotron, background image, etc?
6) Add other data for Edwin Diaz?

Requirements:
- ONLY THE PNG/PSD (DO NOT need to slice into HTML/CSS)

  Hi, by "possible alerts" I mean "possible alerts that you should see" -- for example, a possible criminal record (theft, assault, domestic violence, etc), or a possible lawsuit, driving record, multiple phone numbers, social media profiles, etc.
  
  Similar to how freelancer has alerts/notifications on the top right (the bell). But more obvious.
