I’m refreshing an existing brochure and want it to feel unmistakably modern—clean lines, confident typography, balanced white space, and an overall look that lets the content breathe. The piece is strictly informative, so the design should guide readers effortlessly through the coverages with a good understanding of the product and our options. Non-negotiable content: our product details. Everything else may be rearranged or tightened, please use creativity and design to reimagine the brochure but not anything too crazy. Deliverables • Press-ready PDF (CMYK, 3 mm bleed) • Web-optimised PDF for easy emailing • Editable source file in InDesign or Illustrator I’ll provide the current brochure, brand colours, fonts, and hi-res images once we start. Two-Three rounds of revisions are included so we can fine-tune layout, copy placement, and any last-minute tweaks. I am fine with a designer using AI to help with design or to design completely. What I am most concerned about is that every single piece of information (Coverage and Literature information) in our current brochure is also in the redesign. The overall look and feel of the design, however, can be changed entirely. I would also like some schematics (visuals) of the covered items: HVAC, Appliances, Plumbing, and Electrical, along with their covered parts. MOST IMPORTANTLY, PLEASE MAKE SURE IT FLOWS PROPERLY AND MAKES SENSE. IMAGINE YOURSELF READING THE BROCHURE AND HAVING TO FOLLOW ALONG AS A CONSUMER. BROCHURE CANNOT BE MORE THAN 8 PAGES.

Any text, image, color, layout, icon, section, or content can be added, removed, or changed according to your needs. Please keep in mind that the goal of this project is to take all content and information from the original HomeMembership brochure I uploaded and incorporate every detail into a completely redesigned format. The new design should feel modern, visually appealing, easy to follow, and easier on the eyes, while still preserving all original information and coverage details from the existing brochure.
