I am looking for a new logo for the following company:
Real Estate Appraisal Systems Limited (trading as Real Estate Appraisal Systems).
Brief Description of Services
Provision of systems, processes, sales scripting, coaching and mentoring services to enable real estate agents to generate more appraisals, more listings and increased revenues.

Primary Target Market
Rookie and intermediate Real Estate Agents trying with a goal to increase their income from real estate sales

Secondary Target Market
Real Estate Agency Branch Managers who want to develop talented staff and/or improve branch performance.

I am looking for professional, clean, crisp branding.

Required Deliverables.

The Contest Winner will provide logo in various common file formats for printing. Final deliverables to include Business card, Letterhead and Website Banner design.

I would like to see something that subtly reflects the fact that this is a New Zealand company. Also the company goal is ultimately to help real estate agents make more money. This should not get lost in the brand. It is as much about generating more money as it is about the real estate industry. I hope this makes sense.
