Contest Brief

Hello,

I need to create basically an ecommerce web site, consisting of 3 parts:

• CMS
• Offline Web Site
• Online Web Site

The html will be provided so there is no design needed.

It's pretty much a regular ecommerce web site, the most important thing is that it needs to run online like any other web site and offline, this means installed to a tablet or notebook and used in places where there is no internet connection.

So the web site must be able to have a local database version and syncronize to a database in an external server.

I have been searching about this and according to some articles like this one http://www.html5rocks.com/en/features/storage seems like html5 fits perfectly.

Please give me an stimated price, and tell me your idea of your solution.

Then if I think is right I will asign you a project with the right cost.

I have the skills to develop such kind of application.

As per Offline Application ,
I can develop this in both forms windows software and web based software where database will be locally kelp and will be synchronized with online database when Required.

NOTE 1:: But If to use on Notebooks, then Windows Software will be required so as to install on any notebook.

NOTE 2:: And for using in Tablets either use via Online Application or develop handheld application Offline in which data can be synchronized with Online WebSite

As per Online Application
An Online Application will be developed and hosted for customers or for the end users.

As per CMS part
A CMS part where any updation of modification to both offline and online application
by the Admin. Will also include Dashboard , Permissions and Other Necessary features.
