Contest Brief

We provide Real Estate service to our client to help them sell their homes. When a new client signs up we are going to send them a welcome package in a box (rough size 9”x6.5”x1.5”). The box will contain the items listed below. The content for all items in the attached document. We need for each piece to have a creative, professional and innovative design. We want the design of all of the items to complement each and have a cohesive feel.
Items to include in mailing package:
1) Personalized letter regarding clients listing and terms with brief instructions - 8.5x11” paper (multiple pages if needed)
2) Assigned Agent Business card (Design complete, see attached, suggestions welcome)
3) Referral Cards qty 10 – Business card size (two sided)
4) Refrigerator magnet with brief instructions – Business card size (one sided)
5) 4”x6” Listing Flyer in Clear Flyer Envelope (two sided)
6) RealtyZoom Listing Instruction guide – Booklet 8.5”x 5.5” (Multiple pages, both sides, Will be printed on 8.5x11” paper, stapled and then folded in half.
