Contest Brief

Before reading further, please open and review the current implementation of our webstore, which shows the temporary song/song book covers are we are using:

www.take7music.com/store

We are looking for an upgrade to the quality of the cover art for the songs, as well as establish a 'style template' to use moving forward so you can quickly add more covers as we finish producing the music. In other words, we are hoping to find someone that can work with us on an ongoing basis.

We are looking for better templates for the following sections: “CLASSICAL”, “EDUCATIONAL”, “ROCK/POP/R&B”, “JAZZ & BIG BAND”

What you will see in the EDUCATIONAL section pertains to a specific writer/composer, we’d like to see your concept for his series of books.

For the CLASSICAL we would like to see a template that we can use for all classical music. Our hope would be that we can work with you on a contracted basis after to break this down into subcategories.

For ROCK/POP/R&B and JAZZ & BIG BAND we just need one template for each for now. We would like something simple to use for now, before we have licensed material later.

From this contest we'd like to see examples of each category, and then discuss contracting you to do the rest of the existing covers, as well as the new songs coming online.

It would also be really nice to see your concepts cut and pasted into screenshot(s) of our existing store.

Hi, I did not get the chance to upload my other entries, however of you liked current entry, I assure you the others are similar or better. As more updates can be made to the current design. I am willing to do all revisions if I am chosen until you are completely satisfied with the covers. Hi All! First off thank you for the submission so far. I'd like to make a point of clarification if I may. The goals for our contest are to A) get done a good chunk of the work we done B) find someone we can work with on an ongoing basis. To that end we'd like to see versions of each musical type. To make a final determination we'll need to see you demonstrate the ability to execute on the different categories, so please add examples of each to your submissions. If you feel the prize level is not high enough, or don't have time...the Classical and Utbult Educational Series are the highest priority. Thanks again!
