Architecture Design -20 year old house needs cosmetic remodel

WE have a client looking for a remodel on the front of the property , a 20 year old double story in a venetian design, wanting some ideas of modernising a complete contemporary even inustrial look home - we do not want to change the roof structure , happy to get rid of all the wrought iron. and completely create a new front skin of panels, Colour - happy to look at anything but do like Black , white and timber colour but again open to innovation and a new material , it is a sea front home and winds can be very strong - this is their brief
