Contest Brief

I want to broadcast about 30k of my own emails. All emails have been validated. I have my own HTML design ready. Need help with configuring the HTML in MailChimp and other email broadcast providers that provide free email credits and subsequently sending out these emails. Payment will increased based on number of emails broadcasted.
