Contest Brief

Biblepay is a charitable cryptocurrency (i.e., Bitcoin) based on the King James Bible. it is non-denominational, but does have a decidedly Christian theme to it. The current logo is attached. Cryptocurrencies are "digital money", so there is no physical product merely a virtual one. If it is helpful, our "stock ticker" like designation is BBP, so a stylized writing of BiBlePay might be an idea to run with.

Ideally the new logo would use a similar color scheme but that is not a necessity.

The logo should not be a simple color shift of the current logo.

Specifically we would like several files, you should include at least the primary file for consideration (220x200 PNG - Logo A) and the monochrome version (220x220 PNG no text). You should be willing to do the remainder before payment to our satisfaction. Please note the primary logo must be ROUND or fit in a 220x220 border!

LOGO
A. 220x220 small PNG round logo that looks like a coin that has a transparent background- with lettering around the edge. We like the terms "Divinum, Sanctitas, Justitia" around the edge of the coin. Also, several competitors in the cryptocurrency realm already use a B with $$ marks, so this will not be an acceptable design despite being a seemingly good fit.
B. A 32x32 .ico version of the above PNG used for icons.
C 96x96 and 220x220 monochrome (one-color) version of the coin logo (PNG) with NO TEXT.

BANNER
A 3000 x 1000 horizontal banner PNG (transparent background) with "BIBLEPAY" text horizontally next to the coin on the left (use the multi-color coin with the TEXT in the coin)
B A 3000x1000 horizontal banner PNG (transparent background) with "BIBLEPAY" text horizontally next to the coin on the left (use the monochrome coin without text)

Thanks to those who entered. We will be working on selecting a winner in the coming week. One thing we will need from the winner is the complete package specified on the main data page. We understand doing a complete package for an untested logo was a high bar, so provided we can get some clarification from Freelancer on how to proceed we will.

  Think of 4 things that we really will be “known” for: like Orphans, Fruits, Angels, Doves, etc. And have them make 4 quadrants inside the coin: one with little tiny logos of doves, babies, fruit, and angels for example. Then on the outer edge, color it a different color, like maybe Gold around the edge or silver. Make the quadrants a contrasting color to the edge color (IE Maybe crimson doves and babies and fruits, yet a gold outer edge for example so we do have a two tone color).

And one other note, I'm not a huge fan of saying "cryptocurrency" in the logo, much like the Ford logo doesn't say "vehicles" But I do like having the Biblepay name in there somewhere but that is not a deal breaker if you come up with something inventive that brands it well without saying "Biblepay" (such as using the BP or BBP).

If your primary logo is not a coin like (that is round) it will simply be rejected as this does not comply with our specifications. It seems you cannot upload .ico files here, so you can use a PNG or JPG but the final product must be delivered as specified in the description.

First off, please read the specifications, your primary entry should be a 220x220 PNG with transparent background that is roundish. The product is a digital coin called Biblepay. It's symbol for trading is BBP. There is no physical product so please, no mock ups. For successful winner, you must be willing to do a majority of the on the description, however, not all of it needs to be done before the close of the contest. If you can place multiple versions of the same design (i.e., if you do the 220x220 PNG color with text and monochrome without text, but use the same design) it would be preferred you submit those as one entry. For that matter, any design that encompasses multiple facets of the description (that is to say, if you do items A B and C for LOGO) would be preferred to be in one entry file.

  The logo should be coin-like in nature. We like the "latin" terms "Divinum, Sanctitas, Justitia" but that is not mandatory. The mission statement of the product is 10% of the proceeds go to fund charity, right now it is children through Compassion.com but that will likely change. This 10% charity is from the Christian philosophy of tithing and the Biblical mandate to "care for widows and orphans". The coin is based on the King James Bible, but is not strictly Christian nor even strictly religious. Our current logo is in the description but we want more than just a color swap or other minor change. We would like a new, more polished vision of our logo.

Once again, we need primarily a 220x220 round PNG. So squarish or rectangular logos don't really fit that design quota. Think more of designing a coin that is a logo.

  As long you have at least the main logo figured out, you don't need to progress on the other items as they can flow naturally from a successful logo. I'm not the only one that will end up deciding the winner, I'm merely the shepherd of this project. One suggestion would be to include the Biblepay name on the logo in some fashion.

I'm not looking for a color swap on the current logo. I am looking for a rethought logo, that keeps in mine we are a crypto currency (i.e., bitcoin) with a charitable bent (10% of the coins that are generated go to charity) based on the King James Bible (but not exclusionary of those with agnostic nor other religious beliefs).
