**Project Overview:**
We are seeking a talented and creative graphic designer to create a captivating bilingual brochure for our company, "GuestHonor". The brochure design should take inspiration from the attached "GuestReady" brochure while infusing creative elements that reflect Saudi Arabian culture. The brochure will be used to introduce our company's services and values to potential clients in both English and Arabic.

**Company Background:**
GuestHonor is a hospitality company dedicated to providing exceptional guest management services. Our mission is to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience for both property owners and guests. We value the rich culture and traditions of Saudi Arabia, and we want our brochure design to reflect the essence of Saudi hospitality.

**Design Guidelines:**
1. **Format:** The brochure design should be similar to the attached "GuestReady" brochure, featuring a tri-fold layout with six panels.

2. **Colors:** Incorporate a color palette that complements the company's brand colors (you can use shades of gold, green, and white), while also infusing colors inspired by Saudi Arabian culture.

3. **Imagery:** Integrate imagery that reflects Saudi culture, such as traditional architecture, local landmarks, hospitality scenes, and cultural symbols. Blend these images seamlessly with modern hospitality visuals.

4. **Typography:** Choose fonts that are legible and appropriate for both English Consider using a mix of traditional and modern fonts to capture the cultural fusion.

5. **Creative Touches:** Infuse creative elements that celebrate Saudi culture, such as intricate patterns, calligraphy, or motifs that represent local traditions.

6. **Layout:** Organize the content in a clear and engaging manner, ensuring a balance between text and visuals. Highlight key services, benefits, and company values.

**Deliverables:**
- A print-ready brochure design in PDF format with a tri-fold layout.
- Source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) for future edits if needed.

Slide structure should be as following
1- Welcome slide ( Similer to GuestReady )
2- introduction about us
3-compare rental models between long and short term rental( find information in google, GuestReady,, ext)
4- Services that we provide ( Similar to GuestReady, DO NOT JUST COPY )
5-Onboarding activities
6-Pricing ( REFER TO SLIDE 09 from GuestReady, BUT BE CREATIVE AND DO NOT JUST COPAY AND PAST)
7-GET IN TOUCH SLIDE ( I will give you the contact info later on)
