Hello I need a logo designed here are my requirements:

the base will be the eagle attached same dimensions.

instead of the text EPLURIBUS UNUM change it to " Federal Cyber Security"

change the cloud with stars into this: https://www.kisscc0.com/clipart/cloud-computing-internet-computer-icons-virtual-pr-fzsgtd/

instead of the leaves create the eagle holding a magnifying glass

instead of the arrows add one wrench

instead of the american flag make it into a screen with the locked laptop

Also make the eagle wings more robotic same with the eye make it like this: https://9gag.com/gag/a2q97GE?ref=fsidebar

Just saying, logos are made in vector file, not psd, 'cause when exporting the image to different platforms and for differente purposes you will have trouble, but it's just saying, i advise you to think twice what your paying for.
