Contest Brief

I need to build a simple website.

I need a CPA content locking website that customers can unlock and register their email. A weekly draw will be done to announce winner for the commission from CPA (free lottery). This will be the backbone of the website, if you have any other original twists, please feel free to add. Currently https://www.postcodelottery.co.uk is the website similar to the concept idea I have.

The winner of the contest MUST agree to modify and finish the website after the competition.
