Contest Brief

We are looking to create a website for Turbo Properties LLC. We are located in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are a real estate investing company. We look to purchase houses in need of repair, rehab them, and sell on for a profit.

- Our goal for our website is to have a place where we can easily add updates to current projects we are working on

- Show links to our social medial pages (twitter, facebook, instagram, youtube, etc).

- Maybe a pictures and videos section. Maybe the videos are linked directly to our youtbue channel?

- We would also like for our page to a lead generating. Meaning, when people come to our page , if they have a house they are trying to sell they can contact us directly. This might be the most important thing we want to do.

- It would also be good to have a place to show the houses we currently have in our inventory, trying to sell.

- It should have a testimonials page.

Ultimately I am looking for someone with a lot of experience in making websites, in particular for real estate investing. I need some one who can also help guide me to what works best in this industry.

I am open to any thoughts and suggestions. Please feel free to contact me and bounce ideas off of me while working through this process. It may also be helpful to look at other real estate investing companies for examples.
