Energy notes and interior comfort
The advice was based on the analysis of energy loss with regard to the access from the garage and some finetre. The project is very beautiful and functional, belonging to the location of the bathrooms that I consider to be optimized, especially for the exhaust noise (at night). To start a garden reasoning I suggested a teak patio, we must pay attention to the layout and the type of plants than the orientation of the sun. On the first floor would improve the access to the rooms that wastes space solution.
