Contest Brief

I have attached plans for a house and the client has made some adjustments. The client has sent back an amended drawing and I need to make necessary changes. I need the current plan changed to reflect the client requests, as below.

The below are client requests and all need to be implemented into the new floorplan.

- Want to swap the media and office around. We dont need the IT section in the living so I was thinking if we could move that toilet next to the bathroom or something and it would open up that space... maybe for the dining table or something like that. And if that window next to the IT could become doors too to open it all up.

- We would like a long shower with double shower heads and double basin if possible.

- Even open to taking out 1 bedroom from the back and making the office at the front bigger to be the 4th bedroom.

- Make the bedrooms a little bigger. 3x3 minimum, but 3x3.5 - 3x3.7 would be good. Main bedroom 4x3.5 or something like that.

- With the media room, if he does down size it would prefer to have it no smaller than 4x4.
