Contest Brief

I need someone that can use pre-existing character sketches and draw a 45 page children's book. The story is written, I just need a creative illustrator for it.
This is only for a test. If chosen we will discuss price for full book.
The Contest: Draw this scene from a book. Include the 3 characters included in the file.

Scene: Ladybug flies from the meadow and to the city of BugBerg. On the ground there are tiny stick cars being driven by various insects. In the air there are flying bugs. All traffic is organized and flows with the help of traffic cops. The traffic cops are house flies with old school police hats flying between the ground and sky traffic. A marching band made of various bugs using parts of their bodies as instruments walks by as bugs on the sidewalks cheer and wave. Ladybug merges into BugBerg traffic. She’s flying towards a building with the letters BQ on it. On the building sides here and there are posters talking about a missing yellowjacket.

Traffic Fly: “Stop.” He says to one group of insects.
Second Traffic Fly: “This your last warning, you need to slow down.” The traffic fly waves a finger of warning at a snail with a scarf and aviator goggles on.
(Flies look the same except for their mustache. That’s how you tell them apart.)

      hi, just asking , hoy do you imagine Bugberg city is? i'm betwwen a concept where city is closer to human metropoli, example; "Zootropolis" or like a city made of sticks, mud and grass as seen on "A Bug's Life"
