Contest Brief

We are looking for a re-design of our CIS (Commentator Information System) which is used by commentators during live sports events (Ice Hockey in this case).
The current version is published here: http://cis.iihf.com (this example is from the Ice Hockey World Championship 20165).
These are the parameters:
- desired resolution/screen size: 1024x768
- Content as on the example
- Always IIHF logo, event logo and sponsor logos (can vary by event)
- next to the main content (table layout) there are links to many reports and statistics - these PDF files are not part of the contest

Goal: easy to use and clear design - no fancy, fast load, little bandwidth

Deliverables: HTML & CSS (no JavaScript, jQuery, ...)
Please do NOT take any inspiration from our website (iihf.com) since this is being redone at this moment.

In addition to the price money, we give will award you with 2 tickets for one of the games of the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship (May 5 -22) either in Paris or Cologne.

After this first, successfull try we are looking for a long term cooperation with a talented and flexible designer for different little projects over the coming months and years. If you are a hockey enthusiast: that's a great plus!
