I have a portfolio of properties that needs better reporting. I need these reports with data to be cleaned up and changed to look nicer. These reports are capital expenses and I need to have a better way of analyzing the data. I have attached a copy of one of the reports. I would like to see what you can do with the data. I have about 47 other files in the same format that need this done as well but I would like samples before I assign the project for all files. I need to be able to import new and continuous data into these sheets to monitor capital expenses and compare to budget.
