We are a real estate agency company locates in Melbourne. We hope someone can design a round neck T-shirt and gift bag (large enough to put A4 documents, both horizontal and vertical) with our Logo and some pattern on it. The logo should be large enough to be seen, and the design should be special and easy to be remembered.

About the T-shirt design, should include logo and the designer can select to add some other pattern. The T-shirt design should have both front and back sides and should be different

我们是一家墨尔本的房地产中介公司，希望设计师基于普通圆领的T-shirt来设计一款公司文化衫，并设计一款礼品袋，设计时要用到公司Logo和一些装饰性的图案。其中，Logo需要足够大和显眼，与众不同。

圆领衫的设计必须有公司Logo，其他图案色带可设计师自行添加
礼品袋(可装入A4 大小的文件）的设计需要包含公司Logo，和“Real Estate|墨尔本地产投资服务平台”的字样
