Building #1 o 3 Story Apartment Building o 4 - One Bedroom/One Bath units per floor, for a total of 12 apartments in the building. o Each apartment to have an interior area of 850 sq.ft. o Fully equipped kitchen, living space, bedroom and bath o Each apartment to have its own private balcony/patio space - not to be included in the 850 sq.ft. o No elevators
