Contest Brief

I am looking for Someone to come up with a book cover for this first book of a trilogy. This book layout is just about complete. This project will pay $50 to its winner, with the potential of designing the remaining two covers. This book also will be made into a TV production series, so designing this book cover can have an sky rocketing affect on someone career. This trilogy is an urban suspense that begins in Chester Pa, where the drug trade flourishes and leads a young cousin team to become bigger then anything the United States Government could have comprehended.
Was thinking of the cover going from one half showing an older scene of Chester where everyone dressed and older cars on the street, fading into newer times with newer cars and people on the streets dressed in todays cloths.
