Contest Brief

Looking for somebody to turn this word document into a neat, professional and corporate looking PDF. Final files need to be high-res.
Please use the attached logos as your colour scheme - I'd like both the landscape logos included in the document - a personal logo (Penny Terry) and my company logo (Healthy Tasmania).
No need for fancy designs and special features.
I've attached three models to be redesigned and included in the document with the corresponding explanations.
I've also included a bio image to be used.
I’ll be awarding this contest quite quickly, so let’s see the first four pages only as a sample as soon as you can.
