New design

Changes: removed phoenix wings, added new lyra decoration, added new decoration instead of wreath levels, added new font and ribbon, top phoenix is smaller, but still grows with each level. I hope you like it. If you need more changes please feel free to ask.

    I noticed another mistake (golden badge has silver fir leaves in the bottom) - I already fixed it in my PC. if its needed I will repost.
