Hello freelancers!

For this contest I would like to choose the best design for the portal of my company.
We are a company that works as an internet provider (logo is atached). We have different plans for the general public and also some special conditions for companies.

I want something modern and creative, something that really surprises and conquer our target audience. A portal that I really like is this:

This link above reflects exactly what I hope for my portal, we work with the same type of service of this company, so you can follow this line of reasoning!

The pages I need to develop are:
- Home page;
- Contact page (super simple, with contact information, form and a map);
- Who we are (a simple page with most textual content);
- News (blog);
- Plans;
- For companies (which are business plans);

I'm Brazilian, so in menu, i need these links (i'll describe each one in english for better interpretation):
- Planos (in english: plans)
- Para empresas (in english: for companies - business plans)
- Contato (in english: contact)
- Central do assinante (just a buttom that have a link to our system, like in DIPEL website)
- Quem somos (in english: who we are);
- Notícias (in english: news or blog);

The menu can be divided in two, like in DIPELNET website.

I believe the first impression makes all the difference, so I would like you to work first on the portal homepage so that I can approve the layout and so that one of you can continue the work and deliver all these pages to me at the end of this contest.

Only the design of the portal is enough for me, but if you are an expert in HTML design and want to deliver it already in HTML

Thanks to all the freelancers who participated in this contest, especially the @gohar01 (winner) and the @yogiprasetya, they both did an amazing job and I was really surprised by the quality of both.

  Follow the logo colours and the proposal on DIPELNET Website. I think you can use some dark purple to contrast better in some sections of the website... But, you can surprise me!! =D
