Contest Brief

Website for project management and task management , should be similar interface of ASANA (www.asana.com). Option to assign tasks to users, priority , eta date, tags, mark dependencies between tasks, etc
User should be able to create a Project, under each project there will be 4 pages, one for Requirements, one for Architecture or Design, one for Verification or Testing, one for Reporting.

Requirements page will have a small notes section where requirements are collected. The tile of the note is the Requirement title. the requirements page should be an itemized section like a list, like a OneNote page. where the Admin user start the discussion and other user can add itemized comments, like comments inline on email. User can attach documents in the conversation. When a requirement is defined in the requirements discussion, on the same note section there should be a section to add Actions to the Architecture or design page. Automatically the action added will be copied in the section in the Design page by porting the requirement name and the actions from it. in the architecture page this become a task. it can be assigned to an user, give ETA, mark as a tag and create subtasks.

By clicking on the main task list in the architecture page it should open a kanban board below, where there should be 4 columns, Open, in progress, under review, completed. You can move the boxes in the kanban board from one column to another.
On the architecture page notes, user can create actions for QA team. each action will be automatically coped in the Verification page by copying the name and the actions from it. In the verification page this become a task. it can be assigned to an user, give ETA, mark as a tag and create subtasks.
By clicking on the main task list in the architecture page it should open a kanban board below, where there should be 4 columns, Open, in progress, under review, completed. You can move the boxes in the kanban board from one column to another.

Website should have a "my tasks" as overall task per users.
A "files" page to collects uploads from users

Should have option to copy task, duplicate , delete
website should have a "conversation" page

    Hi.
    In project mannagement standards, requirements usually map directly to "tests". 1 test case should test 1 requirement.
    "Tasks" usually cover 1 or more requirements.

    Are u sure u want to map requirements directly to tasks? Or, do u think of your "requirement" as a document of (multiple) requirements?
