Contest Brief

I need a cafe appearance to be designed. This Pronto Cafe is located in 645 Cambridge st. Cambridge MA 02141. USA ( for images you could look it up on google maps, though I am attaching some pictures here).

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: I can't remove street signs, parking signs, columns. I don't want to remove Cafe hanging sign since it would cost a lot, but you are welcome to offer your vision of logo. I prefer to change colors instead of changing wall covering. Please try to be more realistic when scaling.

Design made on AutoCAD or any other 3D designer program would be very helpful

In this contest I want it's appearance to be designed, then next step will be interior design.
I need to put 3-4 small tables and 6-8 seats on the sidewalk, with fence and maybe some flowers or so.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: It is not allowed us to put tables on the sidewalk at the windows of the cafe, because of the walking people. Please, place tables next to the pillar (column) closer to the road. There should be a space for walking by people.

I want colors (or tones) to be changed on the first floor of the building including the annex at the left and street side on the right.
Please help me make the cafe attractive for more customers.

    Another of my ideas that for lack of time could not say is that the label that is found giving the advertisement of the foods or products that there must be scissors for greater visualization and attraction, The upper right label should be luminous, That late in the contest because he was about to present the whole scene in 3d.     Dear Contest Organiser,

    I have just uploaded my final proposal. I don't know why my ideas seem to be expensive to you. If that's because I have included FF&E samples and the schedule, it's not mandatory you can still use the same furniture you have already. I'm not pushing my idea to use specifically this lighting fixture or that round table. It just shows that I care and I do care for all of my projects, either if it's a competition or a construction.

      In case the custom made banquette seating scares you two and you don't want me to find a cheap manufacturer for you can change it to 2 or 3 4 top tables, In my point of view it's better to have it this way, instead of a fence, kind of blocking the road sitting and looking to the cafe so that kids won't jump to the road prom the pizzeria. Iff you don't want the structure that is a shading device in summer and in winters a cold protecting thing if you add films all around... you don't have to use it this is just my best CREATIVE DESIGN FOR PIZZA CAFE APPEARANCE that will attract more clients and will be up and be running all year round, not just in summer.

      I hope you make the best possible choice, some of the entries are invisible, I hope there are better options. And remember I'm always ready to continue working on this, the overall interior design and I have my personal world class branding designer, who can to the logo and branding.

      Unfortunately google maps won't give the dimensions of the edge of the road, signs and columns, I'm not sure if it will be legal and ADA accessible to put 2 or 4 top tables and still have at least 3' corridor for ADA and not even bother the people passing by. Could you take some approximate dimensions for us?

    Hello!

    For this stage the info provided is enough and we can get the dimensions from google maps. But if you'll need someone to take measurements I can do that, since I'm located in Brooklyn. I'll start working on the project Saturday, since I have another commercial design deadline tomorrow.
    Later if I win the competition I'll show you my portfolio of related works. Oh, I wanted to mention also that I like the colors of your logo and the font selection, but not the actual design. I'll use the same tones for the cladding or canopy on the facade.
    And of course, thank you for organizing the competition with this tight deadline! I welcome the challenge.

      In that case, I have another question. Are the existing windows operable or fixed?
      I just started working on this and am thinking about using a lighting fixtures that from Bocci. One of them is like a terrarium and another one like an olive tree. Pretty creative things. I have their price list since I've used one of their other products in the project that I just had a deadline for. Anyway, why I'm telling you all this is they might be expensive for your small budget. I'm gonna keep them in my proposal anyway, value engineering is always an option at the end of the day.

      I'll update my entry with 3D photorealistic renderings later maybe on Monday. I might add another option with pergolas or terrariums that are easier and cheaper to make, than bocci lightings...But to continue working on this I need more detailed scope, so please contact me if you are interested.       Dear vorteksIndia, I think my budget won't tell you anything. Prices for construction work are not comparable with ones in India and other parts of the world and in the US.
