I need a fresh set of eyes to streamline the desktop experience of our body-shop CRM at crm.bodyshopbooster.com (login with UXbodyshopbooster.com / Testing321$). The core tasks our shops rely on—Customer management, Job scheduling, and Sales tracking—are buried under a layout that feels cluttered. I’ve attached my own first pass at a clean-up, but it only proved how easy it is to over-tweak and still miss the mark. Your job is to rethink the layout so that those three workflows feel obvious and friction-free from the moment a user lands on the dashboard. What I expect from you: • Low-fidelity wireframes that map a simpler screen flow. • A high-fidelity mock-up (Figma) of the main dashboard plus any screens you redesign. • A short rationale explaining how each change removes confusion and surfaces the core tasks.
