Contest Brief

I am about to open a chiropractic business. I live near and love the Ocean. My name is Shelly.
I have sketched out some rough ideas myself a for a design that I would like for my logo and hope that someone can take the idea and make it look professional. The name of my Business is Careful Chiropractic. One day I was looking at a picture of a nautilus shell and saw a perfect 'C' in its curve. What I would like is The C in Careful, (and perhaps also in Chiropractic, not sure how that would look) to be made with a Nautilus shell in such a way that it you can recognize both the nautilus and the C to begin the word Careful. And if possible to have an M in the legs of the Nautilus or an octopus... open to ideas!
