3D Design of Buckle and Plate

Contest Brief

**Note - I don't know how long this type of work takes, so please suggest a suitable prize for this level of work**

I have 14 images of belt buckles that were around 1000 years ago. I need these to be converted into 3D images of them as they were new so that I can have them printed out and then cast from brass.
I am intending to run a competition to find someone to work with over the long term, but at the moment I'm not sure of the prize to set.

The image "main" is the ones I would like to see in 3D at the moment, the idea is to recreate them as they were when they were first made. Both pieces are symmetrical so can be copied over from one side to the other. As the detailing on the buckle is so worn there is a drawing below showing what the figure head should look like.

The 3D image will just be used for 3D printing, so it does not need shading or texture - just the 3D model.

The rest of the images are the remaining in the present series that I would like to work with someone to produce in around 2 months. If you could include a quote for either individual pieces, or the entire batch that would be great too.

Please feel free to ask any questions that you might have, my Skype is sarhodes87

Best wishes,
Stephen.

Like everybody mentioned below, the price is low. Needs to be overlooked.

at least 100 GBP would be better. This is because of the details we have to add to the model.

Is that 100 GBP per buckle? - That's several times more than other offers that I've had, so at that kind of price I wouldn't be able to afford you I'm afraid.

I'm willing to try. Can you provide any dimensions or over all size of the part. Or physical part itself? And are you looking for one piece part or assembly?

Thanks ILYA3D, I'm working on the dimensions at the moment - I'm just looking for a single piece.

    Hello,

Do you need us to recreate the distressed/worn look of the items in the model or do you want it to look more as it would have looked when it was new?

No, the model doesn't need any shading or texture - it will just be used for 3D printing in plastic.

What price do you think the work is worth - I set the price as £10 as I wasn't sure what it was worth so willing to listen to ideas.
