Contest Brief

I am in the process of completing a new home renovation and am looking for someone who is able to give me 3D renderings of the finished home.
The designer must be able to give different options of colours, stone cladding, aluminium facades, etc that we will be able to implement once the build is complete to give the home an ultra modern appeal while keeping in line with the building guidelines.
I have the site plans and elevations as well as some 3d pics to work with.
The proposals will need to be high quality realistic looking artists impressions.
Please read through the building guidelines.
Preferred paint options are from the Grey palette.
I have attached pictures of the house as it currently stands as well.

Hi. Photos and CAD drawings does not match. Old layouts of the house are in PDF files but will the house completely rebuild? Becouse plans does not match the existing building

  I have removed the old files to simplify things. You only need to worry about drawing according to the new plan that is attached to the contest.
