Contest Brief

We invite you to participate at the contest of developing a company culture brochure for the employees.

The content for the brochure is ready and it is 88 pages long, but starting with 17th page it is mostly text (employee rules), so we decided that we need to make only first 16 pages more bright, interesting and exciting to go through.

There is a .pdf file with the first 16 pages attached. There are also some examples of what we are looking for – example of the cover page, and pages 2-7. But your vision might be different and we are really open to the new ideas.

All the participants will need to develop a 17 pages brochure (including the cover page, blank 2nd page, 3-16 content pages and back cover 17th page) and upload it to the directory.

We would like to see mostly infographic design. If you want to use some photos – please use abstractive photos, don’t use construction photos (ignore the fact we are a construction company) and don’t use clipart photos of people. The size of the brochure is the US Letter.

Important notice!
We understand that this is a big job, so you don't have to make it perfect and with all the details before we choose you. The main goals of this contest for us are 1) to find different ideas and 2) to find an experienced professional. And after we choose one person, which vision and professionalism we like better then, we will probably ask him/her to make it perfect and to add some final details. After that you will need to send us all the source files of the brochure: .cdr, .psd, .pdf.

There is also a future constant partnership possibility for the winner.
