Contest Brief

We require a template for a 1 page customer guarantee (ideally a word or editable document)

Needs to look professional with the company logo top center, smart boarder and a Guarantee stamp / watermark,

Content of document to include

Company Logo: top / centre: The London Sash Window Company

Followed by
Word "Guarantee" underneath
Then by Customer Name
and effective date of guarantee

The Guarantee covers the following items
Timber - 10 years
Glass - 5 years
Paint work - 2 years
Window furniture - 2 year

At foot of document for example we require logo's of FENSA , GGFI and Guild of master craftsman

We've attached a copy of our company brochure so you can see an example of the styles we use.

We will require to speak over the telephone so good command of English is required.

Hi CH, I'm seeing most of the entries are not in the Word format. My understanding was that you wanted a easy-to-edit Word document which you or anyone could customize it per your need. Is it okay for you, if the guarantee form is designed in Adobe illustrator, Coreldraw, Photoshop etc. Would you be fine with editing guarantee form in such formats? If so, please let me know :)
