I need a flyer for an upcoming event, "Christmas in July". I would like the finished project to still be available in PSD format so I can edit any information that may change, such as the lineup.

All information that needs to be included in the flyer:
Title- Christmas in July
Date- July 22 2016
DJ names- For now, keep it at "DJ name" until I have specifics (have 3)
Address- 221 N Saint Francis
Happenings- Sexy santa contest

This is for an 18 to enter nightclub, so nothing too literal. Basically if you're invited to this event it means you were on santa's naughty list.
I would like it to be sleek and sexy and simple.
4x6 dimensions, one sided
