Good afternoon.

I require somebody to create the following for me:

Please make it appealing, it should jump out to people - make it quirky, i want people to enjoy it. Similar image attached, I don't want it exactly like this, but make it better please!

Image which will be used on TikTok Live. I will be using the image to be displayed in the background of my tiktok live on a screen. It is going to be a live for rating profile pictures.

I require the background to be dark, similar to stars in the nightlight.

There should be a rating table such as :

6. *Eyes Emoji* - Ok'ish
7. *Tongue Out Emoji* - You're getting there!
8. *Shocked Face* - WOW -
9. *Heart Emoji, Fire Emoji* - YOU'RE PERFECT
10. *Firework Emoji* *Ring Emoji* - Marry me NOW

At the top of the image, it should say "Rating Profile Pictures" with eye emoji.
