Contest Brief

As the start of a rebranding project I'm looking for a new company logo for Prepress UK (www.prepressuk.com) a business that develops and sells software products for the professional printing industry.

The logo should be clean and relatively simple, utilising no more than 2 - 3 colours and could (but doesn't necessarily need to) incorporate some small simplified illustration relating to the printing industry (paper, ink, printing press, halftone screening, workflow, printing plates ....).

The colours do not need to match the existing colours utilised at www.prepressuk.com though designs using them would be welcome too, but please present whatever you think looks best.

It's likely there will be a few additional graphic elements needed based on the theme created by the winning design that will be awarded as a separate project to the winning designer.
