Contest Brief

If you're worried that the contest isn't sealed we will be picking a logo as soon as we find one that we like. Other people won't have enough time to "be inspired" by your work. We are hoping to be able to award the contest today.

A logo is needed for our company, DigitalSock. DigitalSock is a web design agency. The logo should be minimalistic and easily inverted so that it looks good on dark and light backgrounds. It should also look nice in a variety of form factors including: Letter heads, website, business cards, email signature, etc.

Logos with an actual sock is what we are thinking about but are open to other designs as well.

Edit 1:
Looking at some more logos online it would be kind of cool to incorporate the digital aspect into the sock. Just having a regular sock is really only half of the design.

For example, this electronic tree is pretty cool. Instead of a tree though have the straight lines be the ankle part of the sock and have it bend and then the dots be where the toes of the sock go. Or have something similiar to the second link of the brain but instead with a sock.

Alternatively it might be cool to have the sock made up of 1s and 0s to look digital. However, we aren't sure what that might look like.

So I think if we can do something the following picture but in the shape of a sock that will also scale well we'll have a winner.
