Contest Brief

Design a logo for a new product. The product is a safety quick coupler for compressed air lines. One push on the button releases the air pressure, the second push of the button releases the tool. I have included a few pics and one illustrated diagram. Please note: I plan to have the logo imprinted on the product, so I think it would be best to have the word Safety above the word Coupler. com so people can read the logo on the product. The product is approx. 2-1/4 inch by 1-1/8 inch.

I would like to see some that would include on outline of the safety coupler shape. Thinking of the outline of the coupler shape that shows the button and has the name in the middle. The coupler will have the name inbeded in the plastic cover.

This product is used on the end of an air hose. A coupler allows for a mechanic to quickly change air tools. The standard couplers are a sometimes difficult and can be dangerous to connect and disconnect because of the approx. 150 psi air pressure. The safey coupler we sell makes the connect and disconnect much safer and easier with the push button connect and disconnect operation. Hope this update helps.

I have included some pics of how the printing will be done on the couplers. I also showed you my lack of artistic talent. I would like to see a logo in the shape of the coupler with the printing on the coupler...maybe the button can be the "O" in coupler.
