Design a Logo similar to this

Contest Brief

Hello designers!

The reason for this contest is so that they do something not very complicated, what I am looking for is that they design a logo that can be registered and has all the copyrights to be able to use it in the image of a national company, the company is Guatemalan, use the image as an idea, but that is not the same so that it can be registered.

*IMPORTANT: No existing logos allowed! Logo needs to be able to be trademarked globally, any submission that matches an existing company's logo will be disqualified! We will be contacting the winners to determine what will be delivered and how. *

We are looking for a modern and professional logo that will also be timeless. We are creating a brand which will be used on websites, business cards, vehicles, shirts, billboards, and more.

Our company is E-Commerce, we sell products online

The name of the company is B&E Distribuciones

We want the logo to have a connection between letters.

It is not mandatory that you have the connection between letters, it would be better but there is no problem, we are willing to see all the proposals.

THE IMAGE IS ONLY FOR A SAMPLE, I don't want identical logos to the one I uploaded, I want a logo that can be registered with copyright, so it must be different.

I want the logo to be Minimalist and Futuristic.

The color of the mark is:

#1378b0

You can use black or gray mixed with this color if you wish.
