Contest Brief

Hello all,

We need a simple, Clean, and classy "SOLD" and "NEW LISTING" text designed that can be used on different real estate pictures when a house is sold or when a new listing hits the market. the address of the house and the logo of the company needs to be visible. the address and the big text need to be the same theme.
the photoshop file and all the fonts used need to be submitted for the final design.
we will pick designs that look:
- Professional
- creative
- clean

Project Resources attached:
- company logo in black and also in white (choose the one that fits best)
- sample sold sign
- sample blank real estate picture that you can use to submit your design.
